Many of the buildings from both the Lambeth and Chelsea Waterworks still exist on the site. Some have been converted to house the Nuffield Health Centre others on the Seething Wells campus site are used for administration and storage.

Tunnels still run from the river under the road and through to the coal stores. In some cases the pipe works still exists.

On the Thames side of the Portsmouth Road are the massive filter beds. Protected by the two different distinctive railings of the two water companies the filter beds have become home to a mass of wildlife much of it unique to the area.
